OK so I really want to buy the Mark Scanda-Lash Hook Up Mascara in Black Lash/On the Edge Hookup Liquid Eyeliner in Cleo (or any other color!)
I am 13 and have never worn liquid eyeliner, only pencil, so is it easy to apply? Is the quality good?

OMG i love your name! Yea it's really simple. Just use it like you would use a paintbrush. There are some good tutorials on youtube.
This one is good cuz it teaches you how to apply all types of eyeliner.
