People tell me I look good. I am a very very young 50 and I have a good figure but I have weird lines running on my lower face and around my mouth that make me look very scarey .It looks as if someone went nuts with a laser on my face.I never really knew how to use makeup or pick the right shade for me,I can't afford plastic surgery....someone please help!What can I use (makeup) to cover up marks in my face that make me look like FREDDIE CROUGER?

is there any chance you are a smoker? if so i would quit, it does wonders for your skin once you quit. i would use a high quality foundation possably one made for aging skin. you could always get a make up consult at the mall and see what products they suggest. good luck!
HI there. Id love to help you and I hope what I tell you can help you. If you look at my picture can you tell i have any flaws? Underneath that makeup I have the most hideous DEEP scars from acne. It makes me look like a monster. I use a makeup called DERMABLEND. You buy the makeup (variety of shades) you can buy a dark and one light to mix together to find your shade, that's what I do.. then you buy the setting powered which is necessary to use after the makeup. Its very easy to apply, just apply on your face, use the setting powder and brush off. Its simply just wonderful. Just try it, i know you will love it. It covers anything from acne, scars, blemishes, pigmentation, birthmarks, even tattoos, and more. Give it try. Good Luck!
First, I would go to your nearest department store and go to the Prescriptives or Estee Lauder counter. They both have excellent anti-aging and corrective skin treatments. It's not really about makeup, it is more about starting to take care of your skin. Using the right products will help diminish wrinkles and age spots. Estee Lauder has a wonderful firming skin care line. After that, you need to use a moisturizer with SPF every day on your face, and you will probably want to use full-coverage or medium-coverage foundation. Concealer helps, but it is more for pinpointed areas such as acne. A translucent powder over your foundation will help with everyday oils.


But DO NOT just buy anything someone recommends here. I am a makeup artist and I work with makeup and skin care on an everyday basis, but I do not see your skin in front of me and I do not have any other information. You need to speak with a specialist in your area that can look at your skin and ask questions about your type of skin so he/she can deduct what will be the best skin care treatment for you.
concealer is a great help get one that is a tone lighter to your skin tone, not that too light, you may alos put on some foundation or powder to enhance the smoothness ^^,
