Yes, I think it's ok if you want to cover up pimples and whatever...but dont use eyeliner like green day. ;D

You will need a concealer which matches your own skin tone .. you can find out this by applying on the inside of your wrist and you can tell if it is too dark etc ..

Yes. I use concealer and powder to cover up red marks caused by shaving. I have really sensitive pale skin that gets irritated easily so I took the suggestion of a girlfriend once and let her introduce me to concealer and powder.
