If your trying to hide bite marks on a child I have to wonder as to your motives. How did the bite marks get there? Who was biting the child? Was it on your watch?
Assuming you are a good person and you are not abusing small children with your mouth, probably foundation and/or cover-up in a hue that matches the child's skin-tone (liquid works best; you can try blending it with lotion if it doesn't quite match). If there is redness or swelling, be sure to first put some eye-drops (i.e. Visine just make sure it has redness reduction) on a cotton pad, freeze the cotton pad and apply to the area for about 15 minutes; let the child thaw out a bit, and then apply the make-up.

Wow, I can't believe you actually asked this question. If it happened at day care or school or something then why hide it, it was probably a misunderstanding with the other child that bit him. BUT if it happened at home from someone, then you need to be ashamed on your self. You want to know the best way to hide a bit mark from the public I have three letters CPS!!!!
i hope you know that authority's can track you down from here and if you abused ur kid you deserve what you get. if it's just a bite mark from another kid at school make sure the issue was addressed witht he teachers and the other kid who did it and don't cover it up with make up. that could infect it. keep it clean and open and let it heal on its' own. but seriuosly you better not be abusing your kid.come to think of it...you wanting to cover it up must mean you're scared and did it urself...well God will deal with you if you did
I'd start with any basic cover-up.
If there are bit-marks on your child, you need to take them into a doctor. If it isn't your kid, point it out to the parent. If it is your bit-mark...you had better stop and realize what you did was entirely illegal and abusive, and covering it up with make-up will not work or last for long.
The bite marks should be left uncovered so as to not cause infection. Instead of covering the marks with makeup, you should put an antibiotic cream on it and cover it with a band-aid. Keep the area clean.
Why would you hide it, show them off its like a badge of honor, except its not a badge, and its not honor, its teeth marks...

try cover up or if its on arms or something a long sleeved shirt. if its that bad see a dr. if it was from a dog or something and ur afraid to send ur child to school why dont u send in a note saying please excuse the bites my child was attacked etc
If you really find it important to cover them Burts Bee's is an all natural makeup that won't hurt sensitive skin or cause irritation. You can even find it at walmart now if you have to go that route.

You can't hide bite marks, they are 3 dimensional so there will be a shadow there no matter what you cover the redness with.
